Top FAQs answers
How long does rehab last?
Most alcohol and drug rehab clinics offer primary treatment programmes that last 28 days. Shorter stays and longer stays are available at the majority of clinics. We can help you decide what will work for you.
What does rehab cost?
At Port of Call we work with a range of clinics and we can find something affordable for most callers. Low cost clinics tend to charge around £6,000 for 4 weeks treatment. Mid range clinics charge £9,000 - £12,000 and luxurious clinics charge up to £20,000.
Does my employer need to know I’m seeking help?
Most people with an addiction are in full time employment and most don’t want their workplace to know what’s happening for them. You can be granted a leave of absence without your employer being made aware that you are receiving treatment.
My family member is in denial – what do I do?
We have helped many family members encourage their loved one to seek help. If you call us we’ll take some time to get a sense of what’s happening and how you can intervene successfully.
